System Selection:
Trinity HVAC will advise the customer on what we believe will be the best solution for their needs. However, it is ultimately up to the customer to do their own research and confirm their choice. Trinity HVAC will supply and install the system chosen by the customer.
Payment Terms:
- A 50% deposit of [Deposit Amount] is required to secure the project and proceed with the purchase of materials and the system.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the installation. - All payments must be made no later than five working days from the completion date.
Additional Works:
- Any additional works, repairs, or maintenance required beyond the initial scope of the installation will be charged at Trinity HVAC’s maximum rate.
- The call-out fee is £50, and the hourly rate upon arrival at the site is £65 per hour.
Quotation Validity:
- This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Project Completion:
- The installation will be completed on the agreed date, [Insert Installation Date Here], unless otherwise specified.
Customer Responsibilities:
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the site is accessible and prepared for the installation. Any delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges.
- Trinity HVAC will endeavor to make all work areas as safe as possible. However, all health and safety on site regarding the customer and their property is the responsibility of the customer. This includes removing any valuable items from the work area and ensuring that access to the work area is restricted for animals and children.
- The customer is responsible for disposing of all packaging and rubbish generated during the installation process.
Site Condition:
- Trinity HVAC will endeavor to leave the site as it was found and in a safe, clean order upon completion of the installation.
Warranty and Guarantee:
- The air-conditioning system comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. Trinity HVAC adheres to and only provides the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not offer any additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides.
Disputes:
- Any disputes or issues should be reported to Trinity HVAC within five working days of the installation completion. We will strive to resolve any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
